We think decaf should feel like a reward, not a compromise. Our Swiss Water Decaf is grown high in the mountains and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method, a chemical-free process that keeps the flavor intact while removing 99.9% of the coffee's caffeine content.
We roasted on the lighter side so this cup stays vibrant and expressive. It opens with a fruited sweetness of stone fruit, layered with caramelized sugar and soft spice.
As it develops, subtle caramelized bittersweet notes begin to emerge, adding depth without losing its delicate fruit character.
As an espresso, it’s creamy and so full of character that you’ll probably forget it’s decaf. It’s the perfect companion for that quiet evening ritual without the wake-up call.
