About Camonn

“Mom, where does coffee come from?”

 When my little boy asked me this, I froze. I realized I didn’t know the answer. It felt like such a simple question, but that moment became my own little rabbit hole.

What started as curiosity quickly opened into a much bigger world. I began learning about where coffee is grown, how it’s processed, and how roasting can completely shape what ends up in the cup.

The deeper I went, the more wonder I found.

Coffee became more than just a daily ritual. It became a journey filled with craft, creativity, and gratitude.

Camonn was born from that unexpected adventure. A reminder that sometimes the simplest questions can lead us somewhere beautiful

My name is Phuong, and I’m the head roaster of Camonn. Fun fact: “cám ơn” means “thank you” in Vietnamese.

I chose this phrase as our brand name to reflect the immense gratitude I have for the master roasters who taught me the ropes, and for customers like you who go out of your way to support my small business.
