Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Because we roast in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Local Delivery Promotion
For a limited time, we’re offering free local delivery within San Francisco on eligible orders.
This promotional offer is available through October 30, 2026 and may be updated or discontinued at any time.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to get your coffee to you quickly, Camonn Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Camonn Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
