We source with a simple goal: finding specialty coffee that feels like a fresh start. From the high altitudes of Ethiopia to the quiet farms of Peru, we bring back the beans we love and roast them in small batches with a lot of care. We’re not here to overcomplicate the roast, just to highlight the character that’s already there. We believe in a gentle start to the day, so we make sure our roasting process is just as kind. We roast in tiny, 1.5kg small batches using a Loring roaster—a clever, modern design that recirculates warm air to save energy.

By roasting on such a small scale, we can give every bean our full attention while using much less natural gas than traditional methods. It’s our way of highlighting the best possible flavor while leaving a smaller footprint on the world we all share. Just a little more care for a better morning.
